TANDEM International is an international association of languages schools in Europe, Canada and Chile.  Anyone who visits a TANDEM school can be assured of a high level of quality and effectiveness in course lessons and an overall friendly atmosphere with personal consultation.

TANDEM Standard of Quality

Like all TANDEM® Schools, Kästner Kolleg is required to meet strict Standards of Quality.  Our school is regularly inspected and displays inside the corresponding Certificate of Quality.

The following Criteria of Quality are defined:

  • Teacher qualification
  • Qualification of management
  • Rooms and equipment
  • Lesson planning and evaluation
  • Lesson materials
  • Quality of accommodations and cultural programs
  • Fair and transparent course offers
  • Handling of complaints

TANDEM International is a member of WYSETC (World Youth Student & Educational Travel Confederation) and ALTO (Association of Language Travel Organisations). WYSETC and ALTO play important roles in current language travel market, because they guarantee and check all services offered. Only in this are you, the customer, ensured a pleasant stay abroad.

Behind "Tandem®" stands also a foundation that works tirelessly for the advancement of the TANDEM method and scientific understanding of foreign language learning.
 
There is also a "Tandem Community", a meeting place online for anyone, in any language, who is interested in an exchange of language and culture.
